Why we have one

Neivan is an AI platform — its outputs and actions can have real-world consequences. This policy sets the floor for what we will and won't support, regardless of how clever the prompt is. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Hard prohibitions

You and your agents may not use Neivan to:

• Produce or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content is reported to NCMEC as required by law and your account is terminated immediately.

• Plan, design, or operationalize biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons.

• Generate code, configuration, or instructions intended to compromise systems you don't own or have written authorization to test.

• Run automated harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual surveillance.

• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.

• Run influence operations or fabricate content designed to impersonate identifiable real people without their consent.

Required safeguards

If your agents touch consequential decisions (hiring, lending, housing, healthcare, immigration, public benefits), you must keep a human in the loop and disclose AI involvement to affected individuals. Neivan's Shadow Mode and Approval Chain features are designed for this.

You must enforce rate limits and content filters appropriate to your audience. Children's services must comply with applicable laws (e.g. COPPA).

Output that resembles a regulated profession (legal, medical, financial advice) must be clearly disclaimed as AI-generated.

Resource abuse

You may not run crypto mining, distributed denial-of-service infrastructure, port scanning at scale, or other workloads that abuse the platform's compute or network.

You may not deliberately attempt to bypass per-tenant rate limits or share API tokens across multiple paying customers.

Account integrity

One account per individual (no sharing credentials). Service accounts are available for automation — use those instead.

Don't misrepresent your affiliation, job title, or authority when contacting support.

Don't attempt to access another tenant's data, including via prompt injection or social engineering of our staff.

Enforcement

For severe violations (CSAM, weapons, active intrusion), we act immediately and notify law enforcement when required.

For other violations we typically warn, then suspend, then terminate. We'll preserve your data through any appeal window per the Terms of Service.

Reporting violations

See something you think violates this policy? Email [email protected]. Anonymous reports are accepted; we don't retaliate against good-faith reporters.
