This Cookie Policy explains how Neivan Technology Holdings, LLC ("Neivan", "we", "us") uses cookies and browser storage on our website at https://neivan.ai and on the Neivan platform at https://os-synapse.ai (together, the "Service"). Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
- We only use cookies and browser storage that the Service needs to work and to stay secure.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third party places advertising or tracking cookies through the Service.
- Because nothing optional is set, there is nothing to switch off. Our cookie banner records that you have been told; it does not unlock anything.
If we ever add an optional cookie (for example, product analytics), we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting it where the law requires consent.
2. What these technologies are
- Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser and sends back with later requests.
- Browser storage (local storage and session storage) lets a web application keep data in your browser. It is not sent with every request the way a cookie is, but it is used for similar purposes, so this policy covers it too.

Our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) may receive technical details — such as the page, browser and error message — when something breaks in the platform. It is not used for advertising or to track you across sites.
4. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies and storage are exempt from consent under the laws that require it, because the Service cannot work or stay secure without them. We do not set any other kind.
5. Managing cookies and storage
- Website: use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer to clear your recorded choice and see the notice again.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing the platform's strictly necessary cookies or storage will sign you out and may stop the app from working.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across other websites and do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so the Service behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Where the law requires us to honor such a signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before we change the cookies or storage we use. When we publish a new version, the platform asks you to acknowledge it again.
