Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Neivan, Inc. ("Neivan", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and product, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.

You can accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie preferences control available in the site footer. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website; they let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use related technologies — including local storage, session storage, software development kits, and pixels/web beacons — and refer to all of them collectively as "cookies".

First-party cookies are set by Neivan; third-party cookies are set by a provider we engage (for example, our analytics or error-monitoring vendors). Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (which remain for a set period or until you delete them).

Categories we use

Strictly necessary — required for the site and product to function: session management, authentication and account security, fraud prevention, network routing, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off through our preference center. Typical lifespan: session to 12 months.

Preferences — remember choices such as theme, language, and your cookie-consent selection so we don’t ask again. Optional. Typical lifespan: up to 12 months.

Analytics / performance — help us understand how the site and product are used (aggregate page views, feature usage, performance and error diagnostics) so we can improve them. Optional and used only with consent where required. Typical lifespan: up to 24 months.

We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or "share" personal information collected through cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party cookies and providers

Some functionality relies on trusted third parties — for example our product-analytics provider and, in the product, our authentication and error-monitoring vendors. These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. The current list of providers (sub-processors) is maintained on our Sub-processors page; cookie-setting providers typically include our analytics and error-monitoring vendors and our CDN/security provider.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies and notify you when one is set), though disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

We honor your consent choices and re-prompt only when our cookie usage materially changes or your prior consent expires. For region-specific rights regarding personal information, see the Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no industry-standard response to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, so we do not respond to DNT. Because we do not track users across third-party sites for advertising, our behavior is the same whether or not the signal is present. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and treat a valid signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing — which, because we do not sell or share, does not change our practices but is respected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will be reflected by the effective/last-updated date above and, where required, a renewed consent prompt.
