Neivan builds AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses. They chase invoices, draft replies, tidy the books and write the weekly summary, inside the apps you already use, and they ask before they do anything that matters.
Why we started
Small teams carry
big-company busywork.
A ten-person company has the same inbox, the same unpaid invoices and the same weekly report as a large one, without a department to handle them. The owner or office manager ends up copying numbers between apps at nine at night.
AI can do a lot of that work now. But most tools either only chat, or act on your behalf with no way to check what they did. Neither is something you can hand your accounts to.
We built Neivan for the middle ground: agents that do real work in your real systems, show you what they plan to do, wait for a yes where you want one, and keep a record you can read later.
Who it's for
Small and mid-sized businesses first.
Owners, office managers, bookkeepers and operations leads who want time back and do not have an IT team. Larger teams use the same platform with approval chains, and single sign-on and user provisioning that we set up with their IT team; the platform page covers that.

Agents ask before they act.
You decide which actions need a yes. Sending an email, changing a record, posting a message: an agent can prepare it and wait for a person to approve it. You can loosen that once you trust it.

An honest record of every step.
Every run, approval and change is written to an audit log that cannot be edited afterwards. When someone asks "what did the agent do?", you can show them.

Pay for what runs.
AI usage comes out of prepaid credits, and you see the price before you buy. Agent packs include a monthly AI allowance, and you can set spending limits.

Works in the tools you already use.
Agents read from and act in apps like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Xero, with the permissions you grant and nothing more.
