Steps that just move data or send a known message use no AI at all, so they cost nothing in AI usage. The Automations tab lists every workflow that runs this way.
AI where it helps
Add an agent step only where judgment is needed — reading an email, drafting a reply, sorting a document. Conditions, parallel branches and delays are built in.
A person decides
Any step can stop on an approval card. You choose who may approve — named people, a role or a team — and can require two or more approvals.
Shadow mode first
A new workflow can run beside you without acting for real, so you can compare its results with yours before you switch it on.
Versions you can restore
Every save is kept. Compare two versions side by side and restore an earlier one if a change goes wrong.
Every run on record
Each run is logged with what it did and what it cost, and the history exports as CSV. You can replay past runs as a dry run to test a change.
Spending limits
Set a monthly AI budget for the company, a department or a single agent. An alert shows in the app before the limit; at the limit, new runs are refused until someone raises it.
