The Intelligence Layer

Woven by Intelligence

Synapse weaves agents, memory, workflows, and decisions into one living tapestry. Every interaction is a thread — every outcome tightens the weave. Move your cursor to disturb the field.

The Problem

AI is everywhere.
Intelligence is somewhere else.

Every team has a copilot. Every tool has a model. But the moment work crosses a team boundary, the intelligence falls off a cliff — and the humans pick up the pieces.

01 — Fragmentation

AI sprawl, zero coordination

Sales has a copilot. Support has a chatbot. Engineering has another. None of them know what the other one decided yesterday, last week, or last quarter.

02 — Goldfish Memory

Every conversation starts from zero

Your AI forgets the context the moment you close the window. Customer history, prior decisions, learned playbooks — all reset, every time.

03 — No Accountability

Decisions you can't audit

Models make calls that touch revenue, risk, and customers — and when something goes wrong, no one can explain what data, policy, or reasoning produced the outcome.

The Neivan Approach

Intelligence, unified.

Neivan weaves AI agents, memory, workflows, and decision systems into one platform — governed under one model, deployed in days.

◇

Fully customizable. Every agent.

Synapse ships with starter templates spanning the full operational surface — but the real product is the platform beneath them. Compose any agent, with any tools, on any data, governed by your policies. Nothing is locked.

⌬

Memory that compounds.

A persistent knowledge layer that combines vector recall, structured graph facts, and episodic history. Your AI gets smarter the longer you run it — not the same, every time.

⟁

Adaptive by design.

Outcomes feed back into agents. Workflows tune themselves. Decisions get scored, replayed, and improved. The system you deploy in Q1 is not the one you're running in Q4.

Built for Operators

Operating Layer

Not a tool you log into. A layer that runs underneath everything.

Synapse is the always-on intelligence layer your business operates on — agents reading from one memory, workflows tuning themselves against outcomes, decisions logged and approval-gated. Build, govern, and evolve every agent your team can imagine, on one platform.

Architecture

Six layers.
One nervous system.

Most AI products bolt onto a single layer of the stack. Neivan is built top-to-bottom — surface to silicon — so context, governance, and outcomes flow without translation loss. Every layer informs the next. Every action is auditable. Every high-impact action is approval-gated.

Agent Network

Build any agent.
Orchestrate all of them.

Synapse ships with starter templates — Strategy, Executive, Workflow, Risk, Sales, Customer, and more — but you can fork them, recompose them, or build entirely new agents from scratch. They all share one brain: same memory, same policies, same understanding of your business.

  • Fully customizable agents — every prompt, tool, data source, and policy is yours
  • Multi-agent orchestration with shared state and shared memory
  • Role-based scope and capability boundaries (RBAC + ABAC)
  • Inter-agent handoff with full context transfer — no re-prompting
  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints configurable at every level

Memory & Knowledge

Intelligence that remembers.

Every conversation, decision, and outcome flows into the knowledge layer. Agents recall context across teams, time, and tools — so your AI never re-introduces itself, never re-asks what's already been answered, and never forgets what worked.

  • Vector recall + graph facts + episodic history in one query plane
  • Privacy-aware partitioning (team, tenant, role, customer)
  • Auto-summarization with verifiable provenance back to source
  • Pattern detection — surfaces what worked, what didn't, and why
memory_graph.view

Workflows

Workflows that learn from outcomes.

Define the start, the end, and the guardrails — Neivan figures out the in-between. Trigger automation, route work, escalate exceptions, request approvals, and tune itself as it learns which paths produced which results.

  • Trigger from events, schedules, signals, alerts, and anomalies
  • Approval chains with delegation, SLA tracking, and audit trails
  • Exception handling with smart escalation and human checkpoints
  • Outcome-driven optimization — branches that win get reinforced

Decision Intelligence

Simulate before you commit.

Run scenarios, score risks, and surface trade-offs before agents act. Every decision is reproducible, explainable, and gated by approval where it counts — so you can move fast without rolling the dice.

  • Multi-scenario simulation with adjustable variables
  • Risk-weighted outcome scoring with confidence intervals
  • Explainable decision trails — data, policy, reasoning, approvals
  • Approval gates on high-impact actions — nothing irreversible runs unattended

How It Works

From integration to intelligence
in days, not quarters.

Most platforms take six months to deliver their first usable output. Neivan deploys progressively — the first agent is live in week one. And you don't have to know what to automate: with consent, the Synapse Recorder watches real work, measures it, and proposes the agents.

STEP 01

Connect

1–3 days

Sign in to the systems the work already lives in — mail, calendar, drives, accounting. Setup is OAuth, not an engineering project. The catalog runs past 200; far fewer are live today, and the directory says exactly which is which.

STEP 02

Activate

1 week

Choose which agents to deploy, scope their reach to specific teams or data domains, and assign humans-in-the-loop. Memory begins compounding immediately.

STEP 03

Orchestrate

2 weeks

Build workflows in plain language. Set policies, approval chains, and audit requirements. Start small with a single revenue-impacting flow and expand from there.

STEP 04

Evolve

Continuous

Watch agents learn from outcomes. Tune policies. Expand scope. Measure ROI against your baseline — every run is metered, so the savings math is yours to check.

Beyond Templates · Built-In Capabilities

Agents that act without being asked.

Every agent you build sits on the same operating layer. Event-based triggers fire automatically. Approval chains gate the moments that matter. Synapse moves at AI speed — with human oversight where it counts.

Trigger Automation

Dozens of event types. One always-on operating layer.

New hire in your HRIS? Onboarding starts. Invoice in the AP inbox? It gets matched, routed, and posted. Ticket created? Categorized and responded to — in seconds. Webhook, email, CRM, and cron triggers all in one place.

  • Pre-built trigger types across HR, Finance, Sales, IT, and more
  • Webhook, email, CRM, and scheduled (cron) triggers
  • Every fire logged for full auditability
  • One-click test mode before going live

FAQ

Questions teams ask
in week one.

ChatGPT is a model. Neivan is the layer that makes models useful in a business: persistent memory across teams, role-based agents, workflow orchestration, policy enforcement, and audit trails. We're model-agnostic and run on top of GPT-5-class models, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and more — including mixing models per agent type.
No. Customer data is never used for model training, never leaves your tenant boundary, and is never visible to other customers. Bring-your-own-LLM keys let regulated customers route every model call through their own provider accounts.
Three layers in one query plane: a vector store for semantic recall, a knowledge graph for structured facts and relationships, and an episodic log for what happened when. Agents retrieve from all three with relevance scoring, access controls, and audit-friendly provenance back to source documents and decisions.
Two safeguards. First, high-impact actions pause in an approval queue — a human (or several, with multi-approver policies) signs off before anything irreversible executes. Second, the decision trail shows you exactly what data, context, and reasoning produced the outcome — so you can correct the policy, not just the symptom.
Connectors in 1–3 days. First production workflow live in 1–2 weeks. Full agent coverage in 4–8 weeks depending on integration complexity and policy requirements. During private preview the founding team runs onboarding with you directly.
Not yet — today Neivan runs as managed SaaS with strict per-tenant isolation. Dedicated and customer-cloud deployment options are on the Enterprise roadmap. In the meantime, BYOK lets you route every model call through your own LLM provider accounts.
Model-agnostic by design. OpenAI GPT-5-class models, Anthropic Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and xAI Grok. You can mix models per agent type — for example, a fast/cheap model for high-volume classification and a deeper model for executive synthesis.
Every decision is logged with the input context, the model used, the data sources consulted, and the human approvals collected — and the trail is exportable for review. We built the audit layer first because we expect to earn regulated customers, not ask them to trust us.

Stop renting intelligence.
Build it.

Neivan is in private preview with select teams. We're admitting a small cohort each month.
